Where is my order?Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped please allow 1-3 days of processing. When your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for delayed, damaged or lost items once your order has been shipped. In case your order does get delayed, damaged or lost please contact USPS. We will not replace any damaged or lost items.

What time will my order arrive?Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am and 9pm on the date that the shipping carrier provides via tracking number.

What is the exchange policy?NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS - NO CANCELLATIONS - NO EXCHANGES Undrdressed will NOT issue refunds on any purchases. Due to COVID - 19, we cannot allow exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your item, please contact our customer service team via email at undrdressedofficial@gmail.com. Exchange and due to change, in the meantime all sales are final.

What if I exchange an item for a higher priced item?When exchanging the item you're exchanging for, it must be the same price or less.

How can I track the status of my exchage?Due to COVID - 19 we are no accepting any exchanges. All sales are final as of right now.
